  • To develop participants’ public presentation skills

Project Work

Pupils work in groups (maximum of 3 pupils per group) and meet their mentors to work on their projects for 3 hours, once every fortnight, from Feb to Oct. Pupils submit formal project documentation as well as software and hardware applications at the end of the Programme.

There are 2 modes by which projects can be identified:

  1. Based on their field of expertise, mentors may offer projects for pupils to select;
  2. Participants propose projects which are then circulated to the institutions for matching of mentor-mentees.

Project Reviews

Pupils present their projects to a panel of reviewers comprising mentors in Jul and again in Oct. Pupils are given feedback and suggestions on how to improve on their projects and presentation skills.

GEP Technology Symposium

The Technology Symposium in November showcases through poster and oral presentations the participants’ projects to an audience of peers, teachers and professionals.
